New Patient Registration

We accept new patients who live within the practice area. Please contact reception for further information

Practice Area

For your safety, please tell the receptionist if you change your address or telephone number.

Dangerous situations have arisen when urgent test results need to be communicated to patients who have moved or changed their telephone number but have not informed surgery.

If you move outside the practice area, we cannot change your details on the surgery computer, so please register with a new doctor promptly. We will be pleased to provide information or medication so your treatment is not interrupted in any way.

Non-English Speakers

These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. It covers issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.

Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
