Patient group – London Street Surgery

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how well you interact with our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we have set up a patient participation group. This is a small group of patients who meet with the Practice Manager and Doctor/s, a number of times a year to discuss what is working well and what can be improved further.

If you are interested to join our patient participation group please contact the Practice Manager.

Alongside this group, we are also asking patients to provide feedback either face to face or by text message. If you do receive a text, or are handed a form, we would be very grateful if you would complete it and give some feedback.
